FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions
General Questions
We know nobody likes to get email, but we also know that people like to stay informed. So here’s what we’re going to do. We’re going to send you two emails a month, on approximately the 1st and the 15th, so you never a event or an opportunity. Once in a while, when we’ve got something really special going on, that we think you have missed, or that didn’t make it into the right email (for whatever reason), we’re going to send you something special.
Why, yes we do. Check out this link for Private Coaching Sessions and this link for Travel with Tech Coaching Sessions.

Yes. It’s easy. Send us an email asking for an upgrade, and we’ll send you an invoice for the difference (pro-rated).
A Passholder is defined as one person. If you wish to bring a guest, please make a reservation for your guest.
No. Your pass is good one ticket per event, for you. Anyone other than you, needs to have their own reservation.
Meetup Questions
The easiest way to RSVP is on this website. Click on the calendar, then the event, then Register.
You can RSVP on meetup as well, but you don’t need to do so on both.
Note: If you are a passholder, you need to register on this website. The only way to register on Meetup would be to pay the single event fee.
Not necessarily. All events that are posted in the calendar on this website are also posted in meetup.
If you are a passholder, or you have signed up for the Wild Spirit Travel Newsletter, then you are already getting all the events (and more) in the newsletter. You then don’t need the meetup group emails.
There are two meetup groups with different names.
We started the meetup group International Travelers and Travel Dreamers. We were then asked to run the Global Travel Group.
We now run both groups with the same events. You do NOT need to be a member of both groups. If you are a member of both groups, you’ll get double the emails, as all events are published in both groups.
